At the time of signing the contract, or at a later date, arrange to meet again to orient your new housekeeper on how the home works, where things can be found, schedules, important contact numbers, getting help if needed etc., giving a copy of the keys and alarm codes if he or she will need access when you are not present, food, appliances and house rules.
